Welcome to Arvento.Pk. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience for all our customers.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Include the original invoice or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or incorrect:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Undergarments and personal-use items
- Discounted, promotional, or sale items
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Size-related issues
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect items delivered
Exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting images, if applicable.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
